The Quarry : St. Olaf College's Literary & Fine Arts Magazine
The Quarry is one of the oldest student-run publications on campus. All St. Olaf students are welcome to submit their creative work for the full-color magazine during spring semester and a variety of zines throughout the year.

- The Albion Review (Albion College)Published annually since 2004, The Albion Review showcases the work of emerging undergraduate talents. Features works of short fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, and visual art.
- The Allegheny ReviewPublished annually, The Allegheny Review is dedicated exclusively to undergraduate works of poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, and artwork.
- Another Chicago Magazine (ACM)ACM, born in 1977 at the University of Illinois at Chicago, is now an independent publisher showcasing new fiction, nonfiction, drama, poetry, and art from all over the world.
- Beloit Fiction JournalPublishes "the best" in contemporary short fiction, featuring both traditional and experimental narratives. They publish new writers alongside established writers.
- The Blue Route (Widener University)An online undergraduate literary journal that publishes short fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction.
- Collision (University of Pittsburgh)Founded in 2001, Collision publishes undergraduate writing and art from all over the world, including fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, and art, with a particular interest in experimental work that challenges style and structure.
- Hanging Loose PressChampions the work of authors marginalized by mainstream publishing -- work frequently less visible, whether because of gender, race, age, class or socioeconomic status.
- Prairie Margins (Bowling Green State University)Publishing undergraduate writing since 1963, the magazine accepts poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, art, and photography.
- Red Cedar Review (Michigan State University)Established in 1963, Red Cedar Review is the longest-running undergraduate-managed publication in the US, featuring the work of writers and artists.
