Primary Source Teaching Online

We are available to help you design engaging and meaningful synchronous and/or asynchronous classroom activities and assignments. We aren't online teaching experts, but we are happy to learn and experiment with you! Please, contact Jillian Sparks to discuss the details of your class.

As you plan your course, we are happy to connect you to our existing digital collections and others. If you would like to use specific collection materials, we can create primary source sets for your class to access via Elevator. Whether it's pre-recorded lectures and a YouTube playlist on the history of the book, a synchronous lecture on the Scientific Revolution, a flipped introduction to our art-activist poster collection, or take home bookbinding kits, we are excited to find creative solutions to fit your remote or hybrid teaching!
