Story Maps

Story Maps GalleryThese are Story Maps created by other organizations and colleges. There are a variety of Story Maps that combine text, media, and location.
How do I determine which location to add?
This can be tricky in some scenarios! When looking through materials, reading a story, or researching a particular person or occurrence - there are a few pieces of information that we can turn into a map location:
- Hometowns
- Were they part of a particular historical event?
- Where did they travel?
- Did they publish any works or have any performances?
- Any location noted in the written content
It is not important to be super accurate - recording a general location will also work! Use your best estimation on what the place might be.
