Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

About this Guide

The St. Olaf Libraries & IT (LITS) support the efforts of students, staff, and faculty to strive to overcome historical oppression, structural racism, and implicit bias. We recognize the richness of individual identities and diverse perspective, and work towards providing an environment of inclusion that moves beyond simple tolerance.

This is not meant to be a comprehensive guide, but a resource that will evolve over time. Pages and subjects will also be added to this guide as more materials are discovered or recommended.

Any of the books mentioned in this guide can be requested through Catalyst. For any questions about requesting materials, submit a ticket to the Library.
