There is no single section in the music library for music from the Balkans so search Catalyst as follows:
 

Start with a keyword search using the word "Balkan" or any country in that region along with the word "music"
 

Open records that look promising and look at the Subject links in the record.  Click on them to dig deeper.  Here are a couple examples of some useful Subjects:
