Citation Styles and Examples
MLA and Turabian are the two most popular citation styles that are used by writers of research papers in the Humanities. Chicago style (of which Turabian is a variant) is also sometimes used. Check with your professor if you are not sure which style to use. There are paper copies of all of the citation styles at the Rolvaag reference desk in the bookshelf immediately under the public computer. Help yourself to these as questions arise. They can only be used in the library, however. Here are call numbers for all 4 manuals.
