Both IT and the Libraries use a ticketing system to fulfill common faculty requests and answer faculty questions.

Need IT Help but aren't sure where to start? Visit the IT Helpdesk. Frequently used services:

IT Teaching, Learning & Research Services: For help with Moodle, classroom recording (Panopto), video conferencing (Zoom), and DiSCO resources.
Classroom, Lab, or Meeting Room Issue
Hardware and Software Services: To reserve or borrow equipment, or to request or report issues with hardware, software, or printers.

Need Library Help but aren't sure where to start? Visit Library Help. Frequently used services:

Library Teaching, Learning & Research Services: For purchase requests, booking and screening requests, questions about library reserves, and scheduling student research appointments.
Ask a Research Question: For faculty or students questions to ask research questions or get help finding or using library resources
Online Library Resources Issue: To report a problem accessing online books, journals, articles, and database.
