How to Keep Zotero When You Graduate
You can keep your Zotero account and Zotero library after you graduate. However, if you originally signed up for Zotero using your St. Olaf email address, you should follow these steps to add a personal email address to your account:
- Log in to your Zotero account
- Click on your Zotero username at the top of the page, then click "Settings"
- On the Settings page, click the tab labeled "Email"
- Add a personal email address
- Click "Set Primary" to make your personal email address the primary email address associated with your Zotero account
- Delete your St. Olaf email address from the list of email addresses associated with your Zotero account
This process will ensure that if you forget your password or otherwise get locked out of your Zotero account after graduating, you will have an active email address associated with your account so that you can reset your password.
