Rolvaag Library
Rolvaag Library is the main campus library at St. Olaf. It is located on the east side of campus and connected through a walkway to Buntrock Commons. Rolvaag Library maps by floor can be found here; note that the library has 5 floors, and you enter the building on the 3rd floor.
 

Halvorson Music Library
Halvorson Music Library contains books, scores, and other materials related to the study of music. It is located within Christiansen Hall of Music. A Halvorson Music Library map can be found here.

Catalyst is an online catalogue of the physical and digital resources held by the St. Olaf and Carleton College libraries. Search here for books, articles, musical scores, and audio/video resources held across all our collections. 

The best way to contact the library for assistance is through our ticketing system.

Research librarians can help you at any stage of your research process, including planning a research strategy, brainstorming and refining topics, finding and evaluating sources (ie. books, articles, primary sources, data), and properly citing your sources.
