How do you turn it on?
- On the top right of the camera, when holding upright, will be a circular switch. Rotate it so that the white mark points to “On.” Then the camera screen will light up.
How do you take a picture with it?
- Once on, you can look through the viewfinder glass or the LCD screen of the camera display. Make sure the lens is attached to the camera! Half-press the black shutter button (top right of the camera if holding upright, usually where your right hand pointer will naturally rest) for focusing on the subject and full-press for clicking the picture.

How to get the pictures on my computer?
- Remove the SD Card from the camera and insert it into your computer/laptop. Then copy the image files from the SC Card folder to your computer drive. On smartphones, you could use the NFC feature, if your smartphone supports that, or download the Canon Camera Connect App and transfer the images via Bluetooth and WiFi.
What are some issues that people run into using this item? How to solve those issues?
If the photos are blurry/noisy:

Check if the lens is properly attached to the camera.

Clean the lens with a microfiber cloth which prevents scratches.

Use the correct focal length based on how far your subject is from you. You could scroll along the focus dial on the camera lens to see at which focal point your picture seems to be the sharpest.
If your camera is not turning on:

It may not be fully charged. Please plug in the battery to a wall socket using the provided charger.

Switch may not be properly rotated to “On”
