Setting up Tripod:

1. Unfold the legs
2. To adjust the tripod's height, release the telescopic extensions on each leg by rotating the lever on the locking black leavers.

Mounting the Camera on the Head:

1. Fix plate to the base of the camera by tightening camera screw in the camera’s threaded tripod hole using the ring WITHOUT APPLYING FORCE Ensure you have a securely fastened plate to the camera before use.
   • Once fastened, push the ring down so that it lies flat against the plate.
2. Open the lever while pushing safely to catch the base down, holding them both in the open position whilst attaching the camera by slotting the camera plate into the top of the head.
3. Release lever and safety catch the latch.
   • Make sure that the camera is securely locked to the head by pushing the lever against the plate and checking that the camera does not move on the head.

Removing the Camera from the Head

1. Hold the camera securely in one head while rotating the lever and push down safely to catch the latch until the lever reaches the stop.

Additional Information

• Leg Angle Adjustment
  • Each leg can be set independently at any of the 3 angles of spread.
  • To change the angle on a leg, close the leg slightly towards the center column and press down the locking button at the top of the leg.
  • While pressing the button down, select the new leg angle and release button to lock in position, then open the leg fully again.
    • During this procedure, please take care not to insert your fingers inside the central aperture on the spider collar.
• Adjusting Center Column Height
  • To release the center column, unlock gear and adjust the height of the column as required.
  • Tighten gear to lock the column in position.
